Successful Free Vaccine & Community Event - 88 Pets Served in Rural Barstow!

HDAC is proud to announce the completion of a successful event held on 04/16/2022 in the heart of Rural Barstow where we partnered with local vets and the community to provide FREE vaccines and microchips to over 88 pets!
