Actors and Others for Animals is a California non-profit corporation. Their mission is to curb the pet overpopulation problem by subsidizing spay/neuter surgeries. We are there to help pet guardians living on a low and/or fixed income care for their beloved companions.

We assist with contributing towards the spay/neuter of a pet and focus on cities in the high desert located in San Bernardino County.

Popco serves unincorporated areas of Riverside and San Bernardino County by providing spay/neuter vouchers.

Provides Spay/Neuter Hotlines & Feral Cat Assistance for Los Angeles, San Bernardino & OC

RUFF financially helps those in Southern California pay veterinary bills when the animal's owner cannot afford to pay for the needed service. In addition, RUFF provides financial assistance for spay and neuter.
